Job responsibility
1. Independently undertake apis and intermediates projects, design and develop cost-effective, industrialized, safe and stable apis production processes;
2. Participate in solving technical problems encountered in the company's product development, and participate in assessing the safety production and environmental protection risks of the production process of the company's product development; Participate in the guidance and management of chemical drug production process;
3. R & D project management, leading the team to complete the R & D work on time;
4. Independently designed and completed compound synthesis, spectral analysis and structure determination.
Job requirements
1. Master degree or above in biology, medicine, chemistry, materials and other related majors;
2. More than 5 years of chemical research and development experience, successful product development and industrialization;
3. Able to lead project research, familiar with the preparation of registration and approval materials, and understand the basic legal requirements;
4. Have good professional foundation, experimental operation ability, data statistical analysis ability;
5. Have good scientific literature reading ability and strong writing ability;
6. Proactive, good at independent thinking, with the ability to solve problems or propose solutions independently.
